Neomesh Image Converter is able to apply effects and transformations while converting, joining or creating GIF animations. The effects settings can be ordered to give the desired result.

Step 1 - Setting the effect properties

If you have not done already, click the Settings tab or press the button.

The effect properties are accessed by selected an effect with a (*) beside it e.g. Resize* and then clicking the (1) button or double clicking on the effect.

1. Once the effect has been selected, you can select the effects properties by clicking the button. Only effects the have a (*) beside them have properties.
2. The effect can be ordered by clicking the and buttons (2).
