Neomesh Image Converter converts from top to bottom and when adding files, it will add them to the bottom of the Input File list.
Select the image that you want to move and click the up or down arrows to move the selected image into the desired position. It's often a good idea to turn the auto view button off to speed up this process.
Settings Menu Clicking on the settings menu button will pop up a dialog where you can set all of the options for Neomesh Image Converter to do when converting the images.

Output This is the file type you want to save your images as. Click on the drop down menu and select the desired type. When you select GIF animation's from the Image Joining box it will automatically set the Output to Gif, if you deselect the GIF animation GIF will stay in the Output drop-down menu until you select something else.
Output Directory It is important to set this option before you do the conversion. If you don't, all of your images will be saved on C:. (It will warn you first before you do the conversion) click on the save icon to select a directory (folder) to place all of your converted images.
Image Resize This will start automatic resizing of your images, selecting both will reisze both the height and width of the image, X (Y-auto) will resize your image to the desired width and automatically resize the height to keep proportions. Same with Y (X-auto) keeping the width's proportions.
Enter the desired width and/or height into the two text boxes.
Resize Type sets the type of algorithm used with resizing an image. Bicubic Spline Interpolation produces the best results but it may take a little bit longer to do the conversion. Bilinear is the next best with a faster processing time. Nearest Pixel is by far the fastest, it does not add any extra color information into the image, its ideal for images that have transparent backgrounds.
When encounter same filename This is how Neomesh Image Converter changes the filenames when saving images. If you have a whole lot of images in different folders and some of the names are the same, you can set the Append Incrementing Number options to add a number onto the end of the filename if it finds an image with the same name in the output directory. You can also set it to 'Overwrite' any images with the same filename, also it can pop up a dialog box (Prompt User) if it finds a file with the same name and ask you if you want to overwrite or skip that file.
Image Joining Select an option here if you want to turn your images into a 'Gif animation' or join the images together to make one out of all the images in the Input File List
Images Per Row/Col tells Neomesh Image Converter the number of images to place per column or per row depending on the options you have set e.g. if you set Join type to Horizontal and Images Per Row/Col to 3 it will place 3 images in a row and then go down to the next row and add another 3 and so on.
Gif Time is set when you are creating GIF animation's. It is the delay time between each image. If you enter 100 into this box it will show an image, wait 1 second then show the next and so on. With GIFs you can set a minimum of 1/10th of a second between images. If you wanted this value you would enter 10 into the box. Select Inline for your images to be put in one row or column depending on whether you selected a Horizontal or Vertical Join Type
Gif Number Of Loops is the number of times the animation will loop. You can click Loop Forever for a continuous loop.
Transparency Use this to make background colors transparent for TIFFs, Icons, GIFs, and animated GIFs. You select the transparency color of the image and it will automatically find the best match if the color selected is off a little bit.
Image Settings Jpeg/Tiff Quality can be set by entering a number between 1 and 100. Decreasing the quality decreases the file size. Tiff Quality can only be set when using Jpeg compression on the Tiff.
GIF Compression This sets the way that GIF images are compressed. You can select from three options, if you are unsure of what to use, use the default because it works with the most browsers.
TIFF Compression Same as above but for TIFF's. Some compression types require that the image be converted to black & white and then dithered. Neomesh Image Converter will do this automatically.
Operations This will manipulate your images, when you click on a check box it do an effect of that type on the image. Operations work from top to bottom, so if you click Rotate and Add Text it will rotate the image first and then apply the text to the image. Click here to see a list of effects and sample images from Neomesh Image Converter.
When finished with the Settings dialog, click OK.
Ready to Convert (Saving Defaults) Once you have finished entering the settings, you can save them as a default by clicking on the File Menu. You don't have to do this and is not recommended for first use, but it will save you time entering all of the information again. It is easy to reset them to factory defaults again if you desire (done from the file menu)
Now that everything is set up you can click GO, this will pop up a dialog box asking if you want to continue, review the information displayed in this box and then click Yes, if you are not satisfied click No.
After clicking Yes a progress dialog will pop-up showing you the status as you images are converting. It displays the current image being converted, elapsed time, estimated time and remaining time.
